Superbly machined, these prop shafts consist of a brass tube and inner bearing housing with a stainless steel shaft. The outer bearing is made from Delrin and the inner bearing from Sintered bronze and a lipped G ring seal that make these tubes water tight. No lubrication is at all necessary. The front bearing assembly is removable allowing the tube to be cut down. The shaft being threaded at the prop end can also be shortened to suit.

The scale prop shaft unit ( RAB 301/13) contains an A frame bracket is in moulded high strength nylon with a brass bearings. The legs of the A frame are the common 60% angle and the 3rd leg can be removed to make an A frame, or the 2 legs can be removed to make a P bracket, a universal mounting for all exposed shafts.
