History

Built 1953 at Timossi yard, this Triple point hydroplane was designed to compete in the 800kg hydro class. Renaldo Tinerelli was responsible for this highly successful 3 point design which holds the class record of 241.7km/h which still stands today. The hull construction is plywood with a mahogany veneer skin that made for a very light but incredibly strong hull.. The engine used was a V 12 cylinder Ferrari engine of 4493cc capacity, and produced in the region of 550 hp.
