| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All prices are shown in pounds sterling If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the pounds sterling transaction into your own currency at a rate prevailing at the time. As a guide, we also show our prices in Euros We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Visa, Maestro, Electron and Solo debit cards. We are unable accept American Express or Diners cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Shipping And Handling We use Four principal shipping companies. Within mainland UK, we offer either First Class post or UPS. Outside of the UK we offer Air Mail post, Parcelforce or UPS and a new International Economy service. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OPTIONS HAVE RESTRICTIONS ON PACKAGE SIZE OR ON THE CONTENTS THAT WILL BE EXCEPTED. PLEASE READ THESE NOTES CAREFULLY.

| Delivery Schedule We generally aim to despatch your order on or before next working day from when you place your order. If there is any reason why this is not possible, we will email you giving you a delivery schedule based on supply information provided by our supplier. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. However if we feel that supply of any out of stock item is likely to be excessive, and by this we mean longer than 4 to 6 weeks, then these items will be cancelled. You may of course at the time of your order, or subsequent to receiving your order, request that items taking longer than this period be placed on back order until such time as supplies become available again. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.50% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

If for any reason the goods do no meet your expectations, you may return them within 7 days, unassembled and undamaged, for a full refund. (Excluding delivery charges).
