Steam Cylinder Oil 200m
Shell Valvata Oils J are quality refined, high viscosity mineral oils compounded with a small percentage of fatty oils. They are used, primarily, for the lubrication of steam cylinders working under high temperature, high pressure conditions, where low carbon formation and 'steam washing' are important considerations. They atomise more easily and with steam of moderate superheat and produce more tenacious lubricating films than 'straight' grades of the same viscosity.

The 'ShipCraft' series provides in-depth information about building and modifying model kits of famous warship types. Lavishly illustrated, each book takes the modeller through a brief history of the subject class, using scale plans to highlight differences between sisterships and changes in their appearance over their careers, then moves to an extensive photographic survey of either a high-quality model or a surviving example of the ship.
Hints on building the model, and on modifying and improving the basic kit, are followed by a section on paint schemes and camouflage, featuring numerous colour profiles and highly-detailed line drawings. The strengths and weaknesses of available kits of the ships are reviewed, and the book concludes with a section on research references - books, plans and relevant websites.
This volume covers the heavily armed coastal craft known to the British as E-Boats. Fast, seaworthy and outgunning Allied MTBs and PT-boats, they were probably the most effective inshore attack craft of the war. Large scale (1/72) kits exist of both early and later versions, and they are popular modelling subjects throughout the world.
