COVID-19 DAILY UPDATE
Clarification by both Royal Mail and Parcelforce on their service means for the moment we are still open for business.
Parcelforce are currently missing 50% of the collection bookings made so there could be a delay in shipping large items like kits, hulls or timber. Anything else sent by Royal Mail seems to be operating normally but your order may take a few days longer to arrive.
International orders that are shipped by the normal postal system are still being accepted for the majority of counties, although some are now not accepting any incoming shipments.
You will also need to be prepared for much longer delivery times - 2 to 3 weeks longer than normal is being advised for some counties.
Large packages like uncut timber and kit shipments that have to be sent by Global Express or Global Priority service have been severly affected and service levels are changing on a daily basis, so we would advise you email us first to check the situation before ordering.
